I have moved approximately 32 times in my adult life, often due to my career. In that span of 40 years, I found Ashley Staub to be one of the outstanding realtors with whom I have worked.Let me explain. Ashley has that wonderful combination of good humor, professionalism, and business acumen. Very importantly for me, she consistently responded quickly and in layperson’s terms about the intricacies of buying, renting, and selling properties. Within a day of my decision to sell my home, she had a comprehensive plan of action ready to market my house. She counseled me on pricing, staging, and timing. She also took wonderful photographs to make my house literally shine in its best light. I am a bit of a control freak, but trusted Ashley to write the description of my home for real estate websites. Her description was far better than anything I could have drafted.As evidence of her effectiveness, my house went on the market on a Friday. Two days later Ashley and I were reviewing the six offers I had received. Ashley advised me on the pros and cons of each and, after I made my decision, Ashley guided me through the inspections right up to the closing. To further show what kind of dedicated professional she is, Ashley even helped respond to the buyer after the sale was complete. I recommend her as a realtor not only without hesitation, but with enthusiasm.

Ashley was exactly what we were looking for and needed in a real estate agent. We were selling our home in CT while living out of state. Being far away was difficult, but Ashley kept us up-to-date and was very responsive through the whole process. She is very knowledge and was very helpful in giving us advise. Ashley is one of the sweetest most caring people I have ever worked with. She went above and beyond to make sure that I understood what was happening every step of the way. She answered calls, emails, and text messages very expeditiously. I never thought that buying a home could be so easy.

Ashely helped my wife and me by selling our home in a short-sale process. Before we began, I had heard nothing but horror stories when people do a short sale. But working with Ashley made this process almost painless! She knew how to work with my mortgage holder to ensure all the paperwork was submitted, properly and on time. She negotiated with the buyer so that their final offer was in line with what the bank would accept! She answered any questions we had and was up front when she didn't know the answer (which she always found out). In short, we short-sold our home in about 2 months from listing date to closing.
